Terms for cabin owners

These terms apply when you list a cabin on Log Cabin Holidays. Please read them before you subscribe.

1. Who we are

Log Cabin Holidays is run by Sumo Digital Media (“we”, “us”).

2. What you get

A listing page for your cabin on logcabinholidays.uk, shown in the location and feature pages it qualifies for, with a link to your own website or booking page and an enquiry form that sends guest enquiries to your email address. We do not take bookings or payments from guests and are not party to any booking.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must own or be authorised to market the property.
  • Everything in your listing (description, photos, prices and features) must be accurate and kept up to date, and you must have the right to use the photos.
  • Your property must meet all legal requirements for holiday lets, including safety, licensing and insurance.
  • You must reply to guest enquiries yourself and handle bookings, payments, cancellations and complaints directly with guests.

4. Payment

Listings are paid by subscription, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your listing dashboard; your listing stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees are not refundable for part periods, except where the law requires.

5. Our rights

We may edit listings for formatting, and may suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms, is misleading, or receives credible complaints. We do not guarantee any number of views, enquiries or bookings.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any booking, stay or dispute between you and a guest. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Your data

We use your details to run your listing, take payment and contact you about your account, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
